Terms of Our Services

We ensure that all the content we produce is in accordance with the client’s expectations. Each client is required to fill in and submit an electronic form at the time of placing an order outlining the requirements such as content type, length, audience, deadline, etc. The writers begin work on the content after the client submits a completed form.

We deliver the first draft of the assigned content to the client within three working days. The client can suggest changes and revisions, which the writer accommodates within two business days. We accommodate requests for three revisions after which we deem the order completed and delivered.

It is the responsibility of the client to maintain constant communication with our team and confirm receipt of drafts, revisions, and final orders. The client should respond to any queries from us at the earliest. If we are unable to establish contact with the client through all the contact channels provided, we may cancel the order.

The client undertakes to make a 50% advance payment through any of the prescribed payment options. The payment in advance is necessary to secure the writer’s commitment to the assigned writing project. Work on an order will begin after we receive the advance payment.

We guarantee that we take every measure to ensure the privacy of our clients and confidentiality of their data. We do not share client details with third parties or external bodies unless it the law may require it. Our data systems have protection against intrusion so client orders and confidential information is always secure.

We provide services without any guarantee that the content will lead to any specific monetary benefits or gains to the client. We do not assume any responsibility or liability for any legal or financial consequences that may arise because of the publication of the content in print, electronic, or any other form as per the client’s decision.
